Looks like an INT but if they slow it down and zoom in it might look different. Either way BUFF looks shaky.
And then replay doesn't give Nico Collins the TD for Houston, when I thought it was pretty clear he got his elbow down in bounds.

An Interception is an automatic review? If they called int on the field, they did review it, didn't they?
The announcers said the refs huddled up and changed the call to incomplete without a review.
If that's the case, then Indy should have called for review, unless they also thought it was incomplete.
Somebody had to tell the refs in Jax that 2 flags on one team and 1 on the other don't all offset.
