Where would you rate him?

Vikings are 10th in yards per pass attempt despite having arguably the best collection of skill players in the league when everyone is healthy. Cousins’ ultra-low INT rate this year is out of line with his career norms and is probably an aberration.

Off the top of my head, I’d rather have Mahomes, Murray, Allen, Wilson, Jackson, Rodgers, Brady, Prescott, Carr, Burrow, Herbert, or Stafford right now. For the long haul, I’d add Jones and Lawrence to that list. So maybe “average” would be more apt than “fringe-average.”
What about the Pepsi Rookie of the Week?

I‘m only talking about this year and Cousins has been putting up good/great numbers.

I'm actually torn. I was sure I was rooting for the Vikings, but I really think the Steelers are bad and that it would be better to have a bad team make the playoffs in the AFC. Especially if the Patriots end up the two seed playing the first weekend. I'd much rather play the Steelers than the Chargers, Colts, Bengals or even Browns in pretty sure.
This is looking like the correct take.

If you look at the Steelers' remaining schedule coupled with how they're playing tonight and it is nuts to think this team makes the playoffs. Remaining games: Titans, Chiefs, Ravens, Browns

Guys it’s a 2 score game and Vikings love blowing games. I hope Vikings roll but this isn’t over.

And to think, I was excited all week for the promo Caesars had tonight .
You just had to bet $20 on the ML and you’d get $1 (toward a free bet) per yard gained by Harris or Mattison depending on which team you bet.

Once Cook was in, seemed obvious to take Pittsburgh. I mean Harris’ o/u total yards was over a hundred. Didn’t even care if they won, figured I could just sit back and watch the free bet add up…
Now not so exciting…

The word out there after the Steelers lost to the Bengals was how soft Pittsburgh is this year. They do look like they're just getting pushed around by the Vikes on offense and defense.

If you're just tuning in and are a fan of watching Dalvin Cook run absolutely roughshod over a defense, I've got good news for you.

Imagine how bad this would be if Cousins didn’t suck and Zimmer knew how to coach

Think I would have ran there on 2nd down.

That's like the difference between giving the Steelers the ball with 5-10 seconds and 0 timeouts versus 44 seconds and zero time outs. I think.

Ben might retire tomorrow
He should. They are not going anywhere and this will only cause damage for his quality of life after he retires at the end of the year. If it wasn’t for the fluky win last week i would think an IR stint is in his future. He is absolutely toast.

Pittsburgh is heading to years of mediocrity unless they get a QB next year. Holy hell are they bad.

He should have retired at the end of the last season when they nosedived down the stretch before completely crashing and burning.

He's toast is right.

They're going to have to sign a free agent and pay through the nose, as has been pointed out, the 2022 QB draft class is mediocre at best, they're not finding their QB of the future through the draft.

Gee, what a shame.

I could see them being in to try to trade for someone like Jimmy G.

It is utter BS to say the Steelers look this bad because they had a tough game against the Ravens...they have looked this bad since November of last year. Went from 11-0 to embarrassingly knocked out of the playoffs and made zero necessary adjustments in the off-season and drafted what will be a very good running back with their first pick when that was much lower on their list of immediate needs for improvement. Ben somehow got them to bring him back so they are all getting what they deserve.
