Yawn. Notning remotely interesting today. The games matter for Baltimore and Minnesota for playoff positioning but I doubt I’ll be watching

Too bad the NFL wasn't able to find a way to get Jags @ 49ers into one of these national slots. That's the most interesting contender vs. non-contender matchup of the weekend.

This game is an affront to humanity. Two uninspiring teams, one with a great defense, against a paltry offense. With nary a superstar on either side.

The Ravens offense is fucking painful to watch. Uninspired schematically and Flacco routinely misses open guys that should be early reads in his progression based on the coverage Indy is showing

Excuse me? Flacco is elite. Best QB in the league. I’d take him any day of the week and twice on Sunday

The Jimmy trade was A OK with me, but boy does the Brissett trade look bad. I guess they just think he was never going to be good enough. They could still be right, but this is a solid season he’s had with this shit OL.

He is an NFL QB, I agree with that. Not starter material IMO but a valid player

It’s tough to say regarding starter material, but I would probably say he will be and will be about average. He was thrown into this offense basically overnight and has done ok. Then again, Hoyer might well be better for the near term and if Jacoby isn’t the guy long term I guess it doesn’t matter.

I think this was essentially their calculus.

Is it me, or are there a lot of ex-Pats on the field today?
Not invested in the game, so I took a quick look at the Colts roster. At a glance, 7 ex-Pats, including Kamar Aiken, Jacoby, Darius Butler, Anthony Johnson, Mingo, Sheard, and Adam V. Seems like a lot...

It is amazing how often the Flacco-led Ravens seem to get bailed out by DPIs or holding calls against the opposing secondary. It feels like the guy has made a career out of getting key yardage out of flags versus actually completing passes.

Note this is not a statistical-based observation and I am sure someone can show that Brady has been the beneficiary of more flags than Flacco over a comparable time frame.

Jacoby’s accuracy needs some work. That was a TD if he hits him in stride.
