Leeds Newcastle. Are you surprised that Leeds (2) have only one more point than Newcastle (1)and are 17th to the Barcodes’ 19th?

Those Leeds kits are either awesome or terrible, can’t figure out which.

Newcastle looked horrible for first 20 minutes but just sprang to life, should be level but Meskiet saved from point blank

Leeds are not impressing me as much this season so far. They seem not as fluid, or cohesive, or ruthless, or something.

Fully agreed. I was dreading the fixture based on last year. They were a shadow of the squad that played at Anfield last year.

Has there been discussion by managers about the return of crowds and the impact of them? Perhaps due to crowd noise, Leeds isn’t able to communicate like they were last year?

or maybe all that bombing forward is catching up to them...not enough new/young blood to keep going
Everton went there and drew 2-2 in Leeds’ first top flight game in front of their fans since they went down, 15(?) years ago. So it was rocking. A draw was the fair result, very entertaining game, wide open, one of those games where Leeds had the better of the play overall but Everton created the better chances. What’s important for this discussion is that in the last 20 minutes the Toffees ran rings around them and should/could have scored a couple more, if not for some wasteful shots snd bad decision making in front of goal. Leeds we’re huffing snd puffing and chasing shadows. Maybe Rafa has really done great job getting Everton’s squad into shape, maybe Leeds punched themselves out with the crowd adrenaline, but if you’re going to try to live life as the PLs version of the 80’s Nuggets, you can’t run out of gas at the 75 minute mark in
your own park.

Same old Traore comments… He’s among the best in the world up to the point he swings his leg back. I can’t believe he can be so awful at shooting and passing.

Here’s the Toney/Mbueno FPL owners were expecting.

They’re hard to break down too.

Wolves will get at least one here. Let’s see if they can nick a result.

At home to a promoted side….

Traore is Billy Beane’s thing about selling blue jeans.
It may turn out to be a massive mistake not to sell. He’s got a ton of eyes on him. If he can’t figure out how to strike the ball with a measure of accuracy his value is going to trend back down quickly.

Im not sure if I’m joking when I ask, is he too strong to shoot with accuracy?

What the hell is up with the melting badge on Pep’s sweatshirt? Is that a factory second? Or a £1000 limited edition?
