Out of timeouts because he had to burn them all on defense because he stupidly went for two.How do you not run on two plays with a yard to go?
Yup, when in doubt just get it over the first layer on a blitz and let your receiver go for a chunk of YAC.Crossing route was wide open.
At least Dabol is doing the tree proud.Josh McDaniels is a shitty head coach. There, I said it.
Video below. I’m going to guess fine but we’ll see.Adams pushed a non uniform personnel to the ground following the game. If he wasn’t provoked, is that a suspension?
Also had a scheduled bye this week so wonder if they try to quietly let it go away.Off the field violence doesn't touch on the integrity of the game, so no suspension.
Indeed. This isn't the year to worry about playoff seeding, just getting in would be something.I guess the silver lining is that this is probably the better result for the Patriots
That is exactly how I saw it. Basically a one-handed catch. The NFL is an absolute clown show.Still not convinced of the incomplete call.

If you watch the play, the ball does not bobble or move at all after this point while in his left hand here. Yes he secures it with the right as the hit is coming but it does not appear the ball was actually loose at any point aside from not being in both hands. I think it is gripped in the left. They are filling in a gap with incomplete information to overturn a call.
Absolutely. Cannot allow players assaulting personnel.Adams pushed a non uniform personnel to the ground following the game. If he wasn’t provoked, is that a suspension?
He was in a passing posture which makes him defenseless. The rule gives examples of what a defenseless posture is, but it isn't all inclusive. By NFL rules I think that's a foul, but like you guys I don't like it.He wasn't a passer. Thus the entire passage you quoted is completely irrelevant.
He was a ball carrier who had just fumbled.
Apparently this guy went to the hospital off this and filed a police report. Unclear how he was injured there.Video below. I’m going to guess fine but we’ll see.

Now I feel like he deserved getting pushed.Apparently this guy went to the hospital off this and filed a police report. Unclear how he was injured there.
Seriously??? Guy is trying to do his job. Give me a break with this crap. Now I feel like he deserved getting pushed.
Listening this morning to a guy who worked the sidelines in a similar capacity. Rule of thumb is not to impede the path of a player or coach, stay to the side until they pass. Anecdotal, for sure, but if he was just doing his job, he was doing it poorly.Seriously??? Guy is trying to do his job. Give me a break with this crap.
Yeah, and I can't find the video now but I am pretty certain I saw another angle of this where the cameraman sped over with his gear to get right into Adams' path into the tunnel. It still doesn't warrant the guy being pushed but it does add a little more context to Adams' reaction.Listening this morning to a guy who worked the sidelines in a similar capacity. My asshat boss who is 66 has looked worse for over 10 years. We can only hopeBoomer looking ripe. Might be a solid play for the 2023 SOSH celebrity death contest.
So he deserves to get shoved? Even Adams says frustration got the better of him.Listening this morning to a guy who worked the sidelines in a similar capacity. No, he doesn't deserve the shove. I didn't say he did. I was just pointing out that, according to what I heard on the topic, he was doing something that such personnel usually are not supposed to do.So he deserves to get shoved? Even Adams says frustration got the better of him.
You are probably right. I was just commenting on the post that say he deserved it.No, he doesn't deserve the shove. I didn't say he did. I was just pointing out that, according to what I heard on the topic, he was doing something that such personnel usually are not supposed to do.
Which one?You are probably right. I was just commenting on the post that say he deserved it.
Does anyone know if the analytics check out on the 2-point try from the Raiders? Everytime a coach goes for it on 4th down or a 20point conversion the announces yell "analytics!" but don't actually show the data.
I get throwing against zero blitz. Jacobs probably gets stuffed. But the play call and throw. Brutal.
What was wrong with the throw? It landed at the 22 yard line on the left hash, 2-3 seconds after the collision which occurred at the 42ish yard line, where Adams already had a step on his man. If Renfrow runs the route correctly it's a long gain. That pass was way overthrown even if Adams doesn’t break stride
If the Adams catch is reviewed properly this isn't even a thought.Jacobs had 7.1 YPC on 21 carries. Probably a well you want to try at least once with a yard to go…
Or at least use play action.
Ok, so the other angle here:Yeah, and I can't find the video now but I am pretty certain I saw another angle of this where the cameraman sped over with his gear to get right into Adams' path into the tunnel.
