GB O-line can open holes.  Lacy just powers right on through them.

Remember when the Patriots had an offensive line that could block? I miss that.

Another punt, and now the Packers have it at midfield again. How soon until it's 21-0?

Feels like the league isn't as competitive this season.  A lot of bad teams getting stomped.
Oy. And the Pats are in the group getting stomped. That hurts.

Bridgewater was our only hope of getting an entertaining game. Minnesota's only hope of scoring is either defensively or Patterson returning a kick.

Also, I like how McCarthy has abandoned the run after Lacy was gashing the Vikes early. He's so dumb. 3 straight passes on that quick 3 and out.

Ponder's line is doing him no favors but those two picks were awful.

Christian Ponder is the worst QB I've ever seen.

You never watched Blaine Gabbert then.

Average margin of the short-week Thursday games is currently over 30.

And so begins the NFL's annual tribute to Pepto Bismol. Of which we'll need a hearty dose, if these stomach-turning Thursday matches continue.

1) Things could be worse for the Patriots.  They could be the Vikings.

Seeing GB totally dismantle the Vikes is putting the Pats 30-7 game in better perspective.

2) Fair, but in this game the Vikings are a) on the road, b) on a short week, and c) starting their 3rd string QB.  Also, if the Patriots are as good as the Packers this season I think that's a good sign.

Edit: And to Danooo above, I completely forgot about their dismantling of the Rams in Week 1 (yeah, they had ADP, but it was the defense that really stood out in that one).  This Vikings team is... weird.

Jenny Dell on the sidelines for Dallas and Houston! Leaving a lot to the imagination though

If they're going to flag guys for hitting sliding QBs (as they should), they need to blow the play dead the second a QB begins the sliding motion. PIT got screwed out of a yard (at least) in a key spot there.

Anybody see the McAfee celebration in the Colts game? Someone needs to get a gif of that.

The Bills are finding out why you don't change QBs the week you're going on the road to a dome to face one of the NFL's best defenses.

Kinda doubting shitty ass EJ Manuel would be doing any better than Neckbeard here...

The Steelers are now about to make their 3rd kickoff after a FG.  Offisdes brought back the first. Offsetting offsides and a Jax personal foul brought back the second. Surprisingly they haven't gone to commercial during the resets.

Interesting defensive formation by the Cowboys.  Texans had a 3rd and 17, and the Cowboys had 3 down linemen and 8 defensive backs lined up 17 yards off the LOS at the first down marker.  And it actually worked, as the Texans ran a draw for six yards.

Jen Hale is reporting that EJ Manuel is watching the game from the sidelines.

EDIT: We should have a thread with all the dumb quotes heard on an NFL broadcast each week.

We may see soon. At least with Manuel, they had the read-option, which really helped the run game.
