Release the Sanchize

I don't follow the Eagles... like at all. So why is he not playing? As much as we like to get on him around here, he is arguably one of the best 20 QBs over the past 5 or 6 years. He certainly is one of the best 32 QBs in the NFL this year. And he's backing up a clusterf*ck.

If it's because Chip went out and got Bradford, why did he do that in the first place? Is there a universe in which Bradford has been a significant upgrade over Sanchez?

I actually like Sanchez and hate what the Jets did to him in his 3rd year. He is probably ruined but he is better than Bradford

On that third down play by CIN, Sherman shifted over to cover Green instead of staying on his side

Redzone just pointed out: Now only 1 starting QB in the NFL has not thrown an interception in 2015...TB12

So deflated balls help you not fumble but properly inflated balls prevent interceptions?

Mariota underthrows a wide open Kendall Wright, allowing Gilbert to recover.
Bad throw, but still looked like blatant DPI to me (and maybe even a facemask).

I thought I saw that. How often does he do this? Only for top tier WRs?

Extremely rare.  They normally trust their scheme is better than putting Sherman on the top WR.

Almost never. It's always been the criticism of him that he doesn't play the opponent's top guy so he almost never has to cover the elite WR.

Not often.  He played the slot sometimes in week 1.  I think it's just to give teams a different look.

Ahhhh. I figured I was missing some important piece of that statement.

As for Sherman, I knew he usually was just schemed to one side but hadn't seen enough games compared to you guys to say how often he did change. And as I type this he is again lined up on AJ.

Whoa, did Seattle move Sherman to the other side?

They made the switch after that 72yd TD that was called back by the hold on Irvin.

Foles is a disaster, but his offensive line hasn't been doing him any favors either.

How is Andy Reid a head coach in the NFL?
He has probably the best RB in football, but he has thrown on 1st and 2nd downs with Alex Smith AGAIN. 1 carry through a quarter for Charles.
