I mean, all cries of "fix" are stupid because the NFL would be betting billions of dollars of franchise and TV value on something truly penny-ante. The refs are incompetent. But incompetence is on a spectrum, and this game was pretty far off the edge of that spectrum. Say what you will about the Robey-Coleman non-call in the NFCCG, at least that was one isolated event. This was literally 6, 7, 8 calls, all of them bad, all of them favoring the home team, many of them mattering a good deal to the outcome. Whoever compared it to the replacement-refs performance was spot on, right down to the last-second win by Aaron Rodgers.
I agree it is incompetence and the league has had poor officiating for years. However, it doesn't take the league for their to be a fix or something shady going on. Just takes one official and as we've seen in the NBA that is certainly possible.

You know, on Sunday I was making fun of fans on the Chiefs' message board for being so convinced the league was fixed after they lost to Houston; and yet one day later, SoSH is in a tizzy after a neutral game went one team's way after a few bad calls.
