Kevin Clark at the Ringer floated this facetiously, but they should have sat Mahomes out last week or this one.

Dumb call. Can you dislocate a knee? Definitely looked like they popped it back into place on the slowmo.

Brady walked off pretty normal back when he fucked his knee up. I'm going with mcl sprain though

Playing on two suspect legs at this point. KC should be conservative with his return which I think means they won't.

If Mahomes is done for the year is there even another team that can threaten the Pats in the AFC?

Patella dislocation is usually a pretty benign thing, at least in the ER setting, though I'm not sure its impact on getting back to play for a QB. Knee dislocation is a whole different problem, and can be catastrophic. Bridgewater had a knee dislocation as part of his brutal injury. That looked like a possible patella dislocation based on the brief clip they showed, but def not the knee itself.

I've seen people walk well on a torn ACL minutes after they tore it. Adrenaline is a hell of a thing. But they said x-rays so who knows what happened.
Wasn't it Doc Rivers who said that he played another quarter on a torn ACL? He thought it was just a sprain.
