Anyone else getting Aaron Dobson, Kenbrell Thompkins, Taylor Price vibes from there GB receivers? That was a nice play, and Doubs has made a few nice catches, but they don’t seem good enough.

Ten regular season games to go. They’re great but a couple injuries (not even to Allen), a couple coaches come up with some idea on how to slow them a little, and maybe things change.
Agreed. The toughest road game they have remaining is the Bengals. They get the Vikings at home

I don’t think anyone is beating Buffalo this year.
Allen came very close to concussion protocol on that hit in the first quarter when he lowered his shoulder in an effort to get an extra yard rather than hopping out of bounds. I fear he's going to miscalculate his way onto the IR at some point this year.

Best division in football: AFC East or NFC East?

AFC East
Buf 7-1
NYJ 5-3
Mia 5-3
NE 4-4 (+17 point differential)

NFC East
Phi 7-0
Dal 6-2
NYG 6-2
Was 4-4

Each division boasts one of the three best teams in the NFL (Phi/Buf/KC). Each division's last place team is .500 (NE/Was). The middle two teams in the NFC East seem better than the middle two in the AFC East, and the NFC East has a better overall record than the AFC East. But I think NE - last in the AFC East - is better than both Washington and the Giants.

IMO Giants are paper tigers (similar to the Jets) and the Pats are far superior to WAS. Dallas is definitely better than the 2nd best AFC East team. I'd probably rank these teams
1) BUF
2) PHI
3) DAL
4) MIA
5) NE
6) NYG
7) NYJ
8) WAS

So the AFC East has 1, 4, 5, 7 for a total of 17, while the NFC East has 2, 3, 6, 8 for a total of 19, so slight edge to the AFC.

Totally agree on the Giants. Yesterday's loss was a typical game for them - offense not doing much for 3 quarters, but they're still in the game late because the other team is not that good/has screwed some stuff up. The difference with yesterday was that the 4th quarter breaks went Seattle's way instead of New York's. Same thing could have easily happened in all of their earlier games.

0-3 to 4-3
Teams that I think can win it all as things currently stand:

Buffalo
KC
Philly
Dallas
Miami

On the cusp:
San Fran

My layman's 2 cents: I think Tua is too inexperienced to win this year. ATM, it looks like 2022-2023 is Buffalo's SB title to win or lose, but also one injury to Allen away from a 'jump ball' for those teams on your list.

Why do they even do signals anymore? With the ref having a mic, the signals are essentially meaningless
It's a lot harder to hear the announcements in person than it is on TV. Especially for the teams who are surrounded by crowd noise.

They have a negative point differential and the defense looks like hot garbage.

I think they are a playoff team but wouldn't lump them in with the SB contenders just yet.

I think the defense is too bad to be SB contenders, but you can basically throw out PD when a team's QB (and backup QB) get hurt. They're 5-0 with a +29 PD in the games Tua was healthy.

How bad could Chris Evans possibly be in pass pro? He's roughly 100000x more explosive than Mixon or Perine, but he has 1 snap (he got 26 of the Bengals 75 total yards).

Browns playing a spirited game, but Bengals being without Chase seems to have discombobulated the offense
