Not land on the QB with their full weight, go off to the side. It’s ridiculous.Sorry what is he saying the league wants them to do?
The defender should gently lower the QB to the ground while cradling their head. It’s fucking stupid.Sorry what is he saying the league wants them to do?
Yeah.. no idea what the defensive player is supposed to do there.Absolutely horrendous. Fuck that rule and call.
The thing about this play is I can see how the ump could have missed it from his angle, and in those days the crew didn’t get together to correct missed calls. This call… what did the official see???
This is the best post ever and a new take. The NFL will do everything in its power to prevent the Patriots from ever having good draft picks.
A few years ago Aaron Rodgers got hurt when someone landed on him when he got sacked. I can’t remember if it was a separated shoulder or a broken collarbone or what, but the NFL Buster Posey’d a new rule for the next season that makes defending players defy the laws of physics in tackling QBs. You can’t land on them with your full weight.Sorry what is he saying the league wants them to do?
he says some really odd stuff too, in the first half he kept calling normal clapping a "one hand clap" for some reasonVilma just does not shut up
But he didn’t land on him with his full weight like you normally see when that call is made. Man this one was absurd.A few years ago Aaron Rodgers got hurt when someone landed on him when he got sacked. I have no problem with the body weight thing once the QB has released the ball but while he has the ball? If he wants protection he needs to throw. If it’s a pick or grounding, ok. But if he has the ball, he should be eligible to be tackled.A few years ago Aaron Rodgers got hurt when someone landed on him when he got sacked. pretty sure that’s been a rule since tony siragusa knocked rich Gannon out of a playoff game that way.A few years ago Aaron Rodgers got hurt when someone landed on him when he got sacked. I think he meant clapping once - like one ‘hand clap’, not ‘one hand’ clap. It was weird.he says some really odd stuff too, in the first half he kept calling normal clapping a "one hand clap" for some reason
He started to say the league wants players to tackle more to the side.....................then he stopped and basically said it was a horrible call.Sorry what is he saying the league wants them to do?
Hank's mentions about to blow up.It’s not really a light house
He might have meant “one hand, clap,” which is when one of the sailors on the ship has gonorrhea.I think he meant clapping once - like one ‘hand clap’, not ‘one hand’ clap. It was weird.
No doubt. Pats have received some favorable flags today. There can't possibly be any complaining about the officials today against the Pats.
Same. Jones made the tackle in the end zone and he was covering McLaurin. That was a weird route ... It looked like McLaurin was running the same post pattern two yards away
All I know is that I'm like "I gotta boot up Tony Hawk after the game"Goldfinger going to commercial? Didn’t someone mistake them for the Dropkick Murphys?
