I mean, how do you determine time here? The shin hits first as part of the same motion the knee does. So what does that mean?

I don’t believe that’s a catch (shin comes down out at the same time as in, like a foot on the line ) but they will give it to them because it will be good for the NFL

Can we mention how dumb a rule it is that if part of the foot comes down in, but is followed by the rest of the foot coming down out it is no catch, but if your calf hits 1/10th of a second before the knee it isn't?

It's amazing how modern receivers build their shin muscles so they actually hit before the knee without bending the Tibia
