I can't believe there is a distinct possibly of a Laker/Miami final (still think the Celtics have a chance, tho) has me excited. Beyond the uniforms, it's hard to hate any team left

Thought for sure Joker was going to foul out and then LBJ takes a weird jumper instead of attacking

"that's a foul, but great movement by lebron"

I guess that's one way to put getting blown by and then bodying a guy off a layup

I understand a soft-spot for Rondo, but LeBron on the Lakers?

Its like Wilt on the Lakers
Kareem on the Lakers
Shaq on the Lakers
I've been blessed as a Boston fan. If they don't win every year... I'm ok with it. I want to see excellence. The best. That is LeBron. Add in to the fact that LeBron is a fucking hero to what is going on is this country...yea...I don't care that he is a Laker

The missed call on the Murray and-1, the non-call when LeBron hacked Murray and the foul on Millsap when AD landed on him when Millsap was just standing there are so freaking aggravating.

Rondo made his choice. Wade boggs type decision. He gets no slack
Boggs went to the Yankees in the middle of a streak of 12 straight AS appearances. The Lakers were Rondo's 6th team in 5 years. It's a not remotely the same, when you bounce around like that you go where the job is. Considering Rondo also won a title with Boston (unlike Boggs), this feels like it has more in common with Youkilis signing with the Yankees at the end of his career.

I think LBJ is an all-time great, and his leadership role in recent events is admirable. I've got nothing but good things to say about him. (in general)

I just can't root for the fucking Lakers.

If its Heat Lakers in the finals

there is no choice.

Post-game interview, as LeBron is asked about Breonna Taylor. Seemed to choke up about it. I bet Bill Russell is on team LeBron. If the Celtics dont make it.

These appeals to reason are touching, but completely miss the grand truth. F the mf lakers. Qed

Bill Russell spent a good deal of his career beating the shit out of the Lakers.

I've no idea who he would root for, but he can root for whomever he likes.

But I would bet about 99% of Celtic fans would find rooting for the Lakers about impossible. Particulalry if you factor in some historical context.
