Fuck it. Good. Deserve to lose. Can’t fucking play a complete game to save their lives. Maybe after this happens fifteen more times they’ll learn.

Just a terrible collapse. It really looked like they thought they had it won and let up. The Grant Williams nonsense was nonsense and bad. Fuck. So disappointing.

"Celtics tighten up late and offense stops working" was always a smart bet. The number of offensive rebounds given up maybe a bit of a surprise, but otherwise, this game is who these guys are---they don't come up big, 1-2 of the stars always come up really small, and they are undercoached.

It's just disappointing.

I will stand by my swept comment that I made after game 1. CJM is not ready to be here but 2. This team doesn't know how to win. They have had the talent to win before, and they just do not seem to have that "intangible it" (throw stones at me now). They are do not trust each other; they do not trust themselves individually and I do not trust them.

They no longer have the excuse of being young knuckleheads when they play like young knuckleheads. JFC, that sucked.

This team can't play 48 minutes of solid basketball. Cost both home games and, probably, the season.

They really haven't the obliterated it for the whole 3rd quarter with the PnR, and started to do the same until the end when they turned it over
They scored 22 points in the fourth and the heat Closed on like a 22-6 run. We had no offense whatsoever, we just “obliterated” it with a few good passes to Williams and a few good shots by Tatum. It was not great offense, just good outcomes. When Williams went out we had no plan of attack

Got totally destroyed all night by the Miami bench. They had no answer for the wrecking crew of Martin, Struss, Vincent, and Robinson.

So Peyton was a surprise guest in game 1. Now 25 mins for Grant in game 2. I guess Hauser gets his turn in game 3?

can't understand why White is not in the closing lineup. He's a steadying presence for a team desperate for it

Congratulations.. what do you win if you're right?

I will not accept the "the team is still too young" excuse that always happens when they fall short. This team is no longer young. The roster is just not built for playoff basketball, and Stevens is going to have to find a way to fix it this offseason.

Gang, it’s easy. They are a better TEAM than us. We might sneak a win in FL but this group can’t sustain momentum for 48 minutes let alone 4 games.

Season. Over.

Nice job picking the coach, Brad. Completely cost them the season
What was he going to do though at that point? Ime screwed them. Brad could have helped fill out the staff though.

Sadly above all else this one is on JB. Did not play like an All NBA player at all. Finished a game worst -24. 1-7 from 3 and got roasted repeatedly on defense.
Tatum needed him tonight and he was a no-show

I was enjoying NOT watching this game. But my son ask me to join him. I can't say no to my boy, right?

What a shitshow. A show full of guano, manure, and merde. The Heat are worse (talent), but they are better.

I've seen enough hoops in my life that I get the sinking feeling that this core isn't good enough to win a championship.

The Celtics bench got hugely outplayed by the Warriors last years Finals. Thought that problem was fixed, but it obviously wasn't. Don't listen to those that say the bench doesn't matter in the playoffs.

I know we focus on the Celtics. But the Heat are really fucking good. 10-3 in the playoffs against the 1, 2 and 5 seed. 11-4 if you count the play in games.

These fucking dickbags are going to wake up at age 40 and wonder where their championships are and lament the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to focus for longer than five minutes at a time when they were near their prime.

Tatum’s 4th quarter possessions were awful. It was either kick the ball to the other team or get bailed out.

I say this because the entire team sucked ass. I know the narrative will be to blame Jaylen for all of this, it’s completely obvious that’s where this group goes. My entire point is that the team sucked.

And joe fucking butchered Game 1. Let’s all admit that. Not talk about statistical models or other bullshit, he fucking blew it
