I'm amazed they're leaving rosen in right now -- I get that he may need in-game touches, but he won't last if he gets sacked once per set of downs.

EDIT: Wait...did he get injured while I was writing this and not paying attention?

Rosen headed for one of those careers where people wonder WTF happened along the way

The "you're not Belichick so you can't comment on the team or its strategy ever" is a pretty lame, tired critique. Belichick is the greatest football coach of all time, but he isn't infallible, and he's made huge mistakes before and I believe this mistake. In fact, this is one of the most frequent mistakes over Bill's career.
It’s lame to point out that maybe BB has good reasons for running a lot this game?

Then, in the AFCCG the same year in overtime in Denver (because of that earlier capitulation), Belichick decided not to take the ball, despite having the ball being a huge advantage in OT (as we saw last year). That was getting too cute for his own good.
No, that was against the Jets in the regular season.

I also concur though that all 3 of these things were mistakes.

Not passing the ball more, in a game in which they are winning 37-0, on the road, with the offensive line decimated, and a 42 year old QB, seems like an odd thing to question though.

Rosen by far threw the most UNcatchable balls by any QB last year, according to PFF.

That's the story of Rosen.

Tom putting his big boy pants on to show everyone that he can win in Miami and no one knows what they’re talking about.

The pathetic gameplan at the end of the 2015 season is the biggest mistake he ever made. That was some of the most pathetic football I've ever seen, pure capitulation. In the last game of the season vs Miami at home with home field advantage on the line, their gameplan was basically to lay down and die. That gameplan was the equivalent of curling up in a fetal position.

Then, in the AFCCG the same year in overtime in Denver (because of that earlier capitulation), Belichick decided not to take the ball, despite having the ball being a huge advantage in OT (as we saw last year). That was getting too cute for his own good.

Sitting Butler in the super bowl is #3
That AFC title game didn’t go to OT. And Butler sitting is debatable.
