I only visit MA to go to Sox games and the endless parade of weddings for all my cousins whose families stayed in the state. Driving in Mass is endlessly baffling. Since it can't be any more confusing, I'm all for forcing clarifications along these lines -- "No you're looking for Big Papi's Long, Deep Drive. This is Big Papi Boulevard."

If you extrapolated KPD's argument further, it means if you support reverting Yawkey Way to Jersey Street, you can't follow Major League Baseball since there used to be a color line, otherwise you're a hypocrite.
...or any of the other major pro sports. There was an NBA 3-4 years before Chuck Cooper broke the color line. Heck, baseball had a black player before basketball did.

I had the misfortune of still having 93.7 on my radio from the Red Sox game last night and Ordway, Merloni and Fauria were hammering Sam Kennedy saying they have destroyed Yawkey's reputation. Good lord.
You have my sympathy for being subjected to this crap, but welcome to sports media 2018.

I'd argue to the OMF shitheads that this is just a proper reevaluation of a Yawkey "reputation" deserving of this recalibration and Tom's previous reputation was pretty much total fiction.

Ask the Jimmy Fund to compare the previous ownerships stewardship of the cancer cause to the current one. Is it even close? The Yawkey foundation needs to rebrand and STFU.

Also, is there a reason KPD is still writing words that people are paying to read? He should be paying YOU to read him.
