This has been the first real service disruption since the lockdown but it's no excuse. We need to be perfect in these times. Sorry for the issues this caused everyone.But I think Zoom's largely been fine -- I've had 2-3 Zoom meetings a day since the lockdown started and really haven't had any issues.
