You can start or join the Zoom meeting from the client. The issue has been identified and we are working on a resolution. status.zoom.us for more.

I love SoSH. You work for Zoom?
Yes. We have posted another update to status.zoom.us “We are in the process of deploying a fix across our cloud. Service has been restored already for some users. We are continuing to roll this out to complete the fix for any users still impacted.”

Mali and Kazakhstan seem to be doing fine (as is the world other than US and London/SE UK)

Title should be: Zoom Gloom

But I think Zoom's largely been fine -- I've had 2-3 Zoom meetings a day since the lockdown started and really haven't had any issues.

This has been the first real service disruption since the lockdown but it's no excuse. We need to be perfect in these times. Sorry for the issues this caused everyone.

This got me out of a boring legislative call. I should send you flowers.

@NDBoston

We use Zoom at our school since March, when we were locked out by the Health Ministry in Panama. No complaints except for today's outage,

Except you guys had a free plan for schools but it didn't apply to us.
