15 out of 20 possible points in the last 10 games. The only regulation loss was to Pittsburgh on Jan. 4.

I happened to come across an interesting trivia question that I never would have been able to answer unless you gave me maybe a year's time, but I thought I'd share it:

Who scored the first Bruins goal in the TD Garden (which was the FleetCenter at the time)? It occurred against the New York Islanders on October 7, 1995.

Sandy Moger

Wow blast from the past!

I wonder who scored the first Celts bucket.

Edit I believe the first Pats TD at Gillette was

Christian “eu” Fauria

Yeah, I saw a guy in a #45 Bruins jersey in the stands in one of the pics of Heinen's third goal and so I did a search of every who wore #45 for the Bs because it's such a rare number, and it led me down a bit of a Sandy Moger rabbit hole. Lol.

In my head I (jokingly) guessed

Andy Moog, who wasn't even with the Bruins at the time

So I am going to chalk this one up as a win.

That's funny. I never considered how similar their names are! Half-credit only, though.

Random note that I just realized from looking at the standings, but as good as the Bruins have been this season, they’d have to win out to match their win total from last season. Assuming they do that, though, they’d extend their points record.
