Let's do this.

van Riemsdyk - Zacha - Pastrnak
Marchand - Coyle - DeBrusk
Frederic - Poitras - Geekie
Lucic - Beecher - Lauko

Grzelyck - McAvoy
Lindholm - Carlo
Forbort - Shattenkirk

Ullmark

Puck drop is 7:30pm on TNT.

Centennial ceremonies kick off at 7:00pm. TNT and NESN are apparently carrying it (safest bet is NESN if you're in market).

Lucic fights Tinordi at 7:37pm.

Go B's.

I‘m excited to watch the Bruins evolve this season. It’s a pretty fascinating mix of established vets, core players, new players with room to expand into bigger roles, and rookies that bring speed and creativity.

I still miss Bergeron but I am glad the Bruins are back.

Score early, score often, and win please.

Let’s go!!!

Between here and everywhere.
Strangely - I'm more excited at the start of this season than I was last season.

The season itself was a dream, but leading into it - may were prognosticating a mediocre/lackluster team. Some here even felt the Bruins might miss the playoffs. The team obviously went on a historic run in the regular season.

This season feels different. It's a turning of the page. An infusion of youth. A new era. While it's incredibly unlikely this team repeats last years success, this team is still going to be good. They're going to surprise a lot of people. They may not be as gifted offensively, but they're going to be a real pain in the ass to play against. Marchand as the C really changes this teams temperment. Under Bergy they were stoic, collected, cool.

I have a feeling under March this team is going to be a collection of assholes to play against.

Should be a fun season.

Yep... I'm really excited to see what this team can do. Going to be interesting to see how their identity evolves over the year.

Renewed my Sling TV sub just to catch tonight's game. Half-off first month makes it more affordable than sitting at a thirst-quenching establishment. That doesn't even take into account what to do with 10 year old mini OGG.

Prediction :

2 Bedard goals will not be enough as the B's win 4-3. Looch with a Gordie Howe Hat trick. Poitras shut out on the scoresheet, but does everything to show he belongs. Pasta and the Captain each pot one. Zacha gets the winner, and will never score again.

Looks like Marchand and JVR are flipped according to expected lines shown on nesn pregame show.

I was going to do the same, but luckily MAX has added TW sports free until February. 9.99 after that. Pleasant surprise as I already have MAX.

I too am more excited than I thought I would be. No hockey will do that to ya.

California. Duh.
I wasn't sure we'd ever see Espo show up for an event like this in a B's sweater ever again. Really cool he's there.
