Thanks for the great run, @cshea . The B's are in Dallas tonight to take on the Stars. Here's hoping that they get back to their winning ways.

Don't like the 2 D-men doing passes like that at the blue line with 2 Stars sitting there ready to intercept and run the other way

Sway looks very sharp. Dallas so far fast asleep. Living in Texas will do that.

Man Jack already sounds awful
I was listening Saturday night while laying in bed feeling sick, and Jack sounded like I felt. Turns out that was day 0 of my first experience with COVID. He's just so low energy.

I love Jack, and will be thankful for the joy he brought me when he was at his best, but I think it's getting close to time for him to focus on relaxing into his old age.

Brick is still wonderful, BTW.

Brick is easily my favorite Boston voice with Gorman retiring.

I really feel bad to Jack. The passion is still there, but it's like his mouth can't keep up with his brain so he tries to slow himself down which makes it worse

Yeah, when you are listening without watching it is really apparent. There were long stretches where he was just listing off the players who touched the puck, with literally no added context at all. He clearly still loves the game and the team, which makes it even harder to reckon with.

Goes from not being able to hit a wide open net to picking the corner on arguably the best goalie in the league. That’s what makes this game awesome.

They have Honey Dew Donuts in Dallas? Or is this some weird fake ad on the ice that NESN adds to the feed?

per Sophia's report -- someone should tell Lohrei and Co about Texas street tacos. Much better and so much cheaper!

I was down on Ian after his horrible game a week or so ago but he has been quite steady and tough since then. He has made some really good plays.
