If the Broncos win this year their QB (whoever it ends up being in the SB) will clearly be the worst QB to win a Superbowl since the rule changes in '04, right?
I just can't shake the notion that it is a QB league, now even more than ever, and you just can't win it all with the corpse of Peyton Manning or an inexperienced Brock Osweiler (Brock very well might develop into a guy who can win it but that doesn't help Denver this year). 2000-2002, when garbage, inexperience, and garbage won titles is a long time ago.
The Broncos or Chiefs may very well represent the AFC but I just can't see either, with their QBs, beating an NFC team with a stout defense AND a stud QB.
