HOLY FUCKING SHIT. USF Receivers gets behind the defense for a 90 yard touchdown. 2 point conversion to tie coming up.

Wow, didn't take long for that. Come on, two point conversion, I want to see more of this one.

I have never seen two receivers more open on a TD and ensuing two point conversion than that. I could have caught that one.

And they get it, with a throwback. UCF was so fucking dumb. With the lead, 2:25 on the clock, and they go for the jugular touchdown, instead of using up the clock.

USF has a minute and a half and two timeouts. That's an eternity in college, with the clock stopping on first downs.

If this were an NFL game, we would have had 9 commercial breaks since the last one. One of the things I love about college football. They keep the flow.

Easy to say now but vs a shaky kicker UCF should have gone for 2 when they got the td to go up 7, 2 pretty much ends the game and 8 vs 7 probably isn't that much of a difference with college kicking.

I agree, but you run the risk of UCF deciding to go for 2 and the win instead of having their kicker go for the XP to tie, and I wouldn't put passed any of these coaches to go for 2 and the win, with the defense that's being played.

Just curious but on a weekend of a lot instate rivalries why isn’t Bedlam this weekend? I
The Big 12 re-added a playoff game this year: without divisions and with a round robin schedule, they didn't want to chance the top two teams playing each other on consecutive weeks. So consensus pre-season's best teams, Oklahoma, OK St, and TCU, play other teams this week

Lawrence should just close up football and send those resources to the one sport they're good at. Like the Kollege at Kenmore

Yes, I noticed GA-Tech was about six min ahead in game time vs Ohio St-Mich.
To be fair every Georgia Tech game goes quickly, it's just the nature of their offense. The game length isn't the difference between networks; if there is an injury or other stoppage, Fox is just more likely to jam a commercial in there. Other networks are more likely to stay with the game and let the announcers talk about stuff, or show highlights from other games.

Some guy in the Pitt AD’s office was charged several years ago with figuring out how to increase student attendance at their football games, which had been low because of mediocre teams and Heinz Field’s distance from campus. Noting how popular Sweet Caroline was at Fenway, he got them to start playing it at the end of their ballgames.
Penn State picked it up before Pitt, too. UNC and the Carolina Panthers use it often as well.
