ESPN not laying off Polian was a major disappointment.

Saved almost $1.5 million on the cap this year too, which might help them sign a FA. They are a little cap challenged.

They give up a 108 to move up to a spot where they preserve the potential of a fifth year of control. Even if you pick the same player that you would have a few picks later, giving up 108 for a team that's in team building mode to grab that fifth year option has some value.
