Yup. Birdie to finish -7 puts him in good position for tomorrow. And Brooks is back.
For sure. He really hung in there today after not playing all that well. I think he's dangerous tomorrow.Fleetwood gets in at -6 too. He’s capable of a low round tomorrow.
It looked to me like he was waiting for the guys on 17 to hit their tee shots before playing, as that tee was directly in his line of sight.I have nothing against Li but love to see slow play like that rewarded with a trip to the bunker.
ESPN, when they televise golf, make the weird decision to actually show that golf.I just got a chance to tune in to this for the first time all week. What's with all the golf shots? I want to see interviews and commercials, dammit.
No delay necessary on ESPN.F bombs on live tv never won’t make me laugh.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_fogThis has a really cool feel with all the fog. I haven't had much of a chance to watch the first three rounds. Does this typically burn off by midday?
Awesome thanks!https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_fog
Under normal summertime conditions, a daily pattern of fog and low clouds occurs. Morning sun heats the ground which in turn heats the marine layer over the land areas. This creates convective turbulence within the marine layer as well as evaporation of any clouds within it. The marine layer clears back toward the coast, usually by noon. By mid-afternoon, inland areas have heated sufficiently to decrease the air pressure and increase the onshore flow. By late afternoon, the wind increases and begins to cool the onshore marine layer, allowing the fog and low clouds offshore to progress inland without evaporating
I’d be happy to see Finau get his first. So, who you got for this afternoon? I'm firmly in team anyone but Bryson, though he's off to a good start. Would love to see Koepka go three in a row. Would also be happy with a second major for DJ.
Golf doesn't often have villains. He is one. And I want to see him implode.I can't remember a golfer who I'd rather see hit in the face with a 3 iron more than Dechambeau. God his body language just generates incalculable douchebaggage.
This is nonsense and insanity and you have it all backwards.I'd rather watch DeChambeau than the Thomases, Speiths, and so many other interchangeable dullards.
The one I can't stand is Koepka. Seems like a turd
espn: "Rory McIlroy coming to Dustin Johnson's defense in a big way. After Brooks Koepka pointed out DJ only has one major, suggesting that he was in a better position to win the PGA than Johnson, Rory said this Sunday: "If he's trying to play mind games, he's trying to do it to the wrong person. I don't think DJ really gives much of a concern that. ... [It's] sort of hard to knock a guy that's got 21 wins on the PGA TOUR, which is three times what Brooks has."This is nonsense and insanity and you have it all backwards.
Not that it matters much but I'm with E5 here. I'm tired of this group of no personality robot players. Give me someone out there a little, even if he does rub people the wrong way, and Koepka is the absolute worst. The true nadir, the bro of all bros. This is nonsense and insanity and you have it all backwards.
Wrong Way Charlie over here.
I didn't say I liked DeChambeau ... I said I'd rather watch guys who are outside the normThis is nonsense and insanity and you have it all backwards.
Brooks has plenty of personality. Not that it matters much but I'm with E5 here. I'm tired of this group of no personality robot players. Give me someone out there a little, even if he does rub people the wrong way, and Koepka is the absolute worst. The true nadir, the bro of all bros.
