Marchand shouldn’t need to take that fight. Ugh.
This team is soft as shit. No one else is going to do it.

Cue the legions of strawman apologists claiming for the fifth or sixth year in a row that a team couldn’t possibly have players that can play both heavy and skilled, because of course everyone who points out the Bruins get physically dominated by tougher teams just wants a goon.

In fairness they added Hathaway last year and obviously didn't help. That being said I still hope Maroon will be healthy for the playoffs

edit: to add, I was thinking early in the game it'd be nice to have a star like Tkachuk who plays with an edge

Literally first guy I’d move in the offseason is Carlo. I’m done waiting for him to actually use his size.

That’s one guy, though. Its a bigger deal that their 6’6 defenseman is playing the puck like a hand grenade in the face of a forecheck again, while their 5’9 defenseman is playing his height but his legs suddenly turned 60 years old.

Honestly Lindholm and Carlo are a problem. Can really only have one of them and Carlo has an easier contract to trade.

A tough role player or two ain’t going to do it. It has to be part of your leadership group.
