Jim Montgomery said that it was nothing serious with Jakub Lauko. Good news there
Pasta too, now that he has his 50Maybe Krejci and McAvoy sit next game? Get them some rest?
If Lauko's out, and I'm not sure that he is, I'm not sure that they can sit two forwards on Tuesday if Hall isn't good to go. (But I know nothing about the salary cap and what they can/can't do at this point with regard to calling up another player like McLaughlin from Providence.)Pasta too, now that he has his 50
Fine meaning he can play Tuesday night, or fine meaning that he avoided serious injury and just needs a few days off? (Maybe he didn't give that much detail?)Monty said Lauko is fine.
As cshea said, Lauko is fine, but my point isn't necessarily Tuesday specifically, just that it would be nice to pace Pasta down the stretch. He always seems to wear down during the playoffs, and MVP Pasta is pretty important to the Cup driveIf Lauko's out, and I'm not sure that he is, I'm not sure that they can sit two forwards on Tuesday if Hall isn't good to go. I see. I agree -- he definitely needs some time off, no reason to play him all 9 remaining games. As cshea said, Lauko is fine, but my point isn't necessarily Tuesday specifically, just that it would be nice to pace Pasta down the stretch. They both played big minutes. Especially Krejci (over 20).Maybe Krejci and McAvoy sit next game? Get them some rest?
No room on the bench for the back up goalie. Also, no tunnel to the locker room from the bench. Sits in the "tunnel" which is in the corner.Where the hell did Ullmark come from on the celly?
The cap space is essentially fine, they have over $2 million in space at the moment. There will be some maneuvering if they want to activate Hall prior to the playoffs but they have Forbort ($3 million) and Foligno ($3.9 million) that can be put on LTIR to accomodate Hall. I don't think it's possible to activate both Hall and Foligno. Hall seems closer so I feel like there's a better chance we see him before the end of the regular season than Foligno. If Lauko's out, and I'm not sure that he is, I'm not sure that they can sit two forwards on Tuesday if Hall isn't good to go.
