At some point, I fully expect Hamilton and Reyes to run into each other on a ground ball up the middle

That's why they almost canceled it until they brought in Jeri Ryan in an all but painted on body suit.
In a lot ways its such a wast of Kate Mulgrew.
I'm glad they stuck with it. Those first couple seasons were rough. Quite a few good ones after that. I miss the Rick Berman days. These new shows just don't do much for me.

Right now, they're starting three players each night who are borderline major leaguers: Hamilton, Reyes and Valdez last night, and Hamilton, Reyes and Dalbec tonight.
Borderline….these guys are as close to a border as Kansas farmer is to Canada or Mexico

I have always been disappointed in the Voyager finale. Too much TNG, not enough VOY

With Devers and Story hurt, and Hamilton, Dalbec, Reyes, Rafaella, etc. this lineup looks a LOT like a Woo Sox lineup from last year. I mean, it's REALLY similar.
That's not a good thing.
LOL I just looked it up and realized that Story played more games in AAA (10) last year than he will for Boston this year. o_O

Will we see Narciso Crook and Jose Alfaro play in this game? Why not?

Nobody Cares
He married a girl from Falmouth after the 67 season. I was one of dozens of kids running around the grounds at St. Barnabas Church that day to get a look. His wife and my sister had been cheerleaders together in high school, so my parents knew the family.
One day, offseason, my mother says we're going out. He had signed a ball for me and we were going to pick it up. When we got there, he was in the backyard and we tossed it back and forth a few times, shook my hand and signed the ball.
I was 10. Still have the ball.
That's awesome. Boomer signed for me, too, probably around 1983 or so. He was no longer playing, and we spotted him in the stands at a Yankees/Red Sox game at Fenway. I remember he had a fancy camera with a long lens, and was taking pictures of Reggie Jackson. I meekly walked up to him with my program and asked him to sign, and he did. Sadly, I have no idea where that program is now. I have a really cool wooden portrait of Boomer hanging in my basement, though.

I know not all of the bad plays have been at SS or even the MIF in general but it just feels like losing Story broke everything.

This garbage defense has been going on since 2022. The players have come and gone, but Cora has been here all along. I've been a Cora supporter but after September and now this, it's getting harder. Maybe these players need a new voice.

If Breslow doesn't have a major league defensive SS on the roster by Monday, he should be fired. I can't do two years of this. It's not going to get better. Just get Jose Iglesias or whatever it takes.

Story still has a working right arm, give him a cattle prod and let him earn his paycheck.

We would need at least 5 runs to win this game. The Boston Woo Sox won't be scoring anywhere near 5 runs tonight.
