In the extreme (almost) northeast part of the country, we have a baseball game (in a George Carlin routine voice). And in the extreme southwest, we have a hurricane bearing down on us! Is this a great country, or what?

Stone Cole killer Raffy, get it started for us in a barrage of Red Sox home runs game!

These games are so unpleasant. They are no win propositions.

Even if we win, it comes at the cost of having the filth and slime of that toilet all over us. So it is break even.

And if we lose, we walk out both having lost and covered in a patina of gross. It’s a double loss.

So dumb. Well, break even at least, I guess.

Game 123
A win streak has started. Let’s not spoil it.
Carved up their pitching: It’s time to broil it.
The Yanks plan revenge. We’re gonna foil it.
Our lineup’s so hot: we need to oil it.
We’ll make each guy in pinstripe pants soil it.
Boone’s neck’s in a noose. We can help coil it.
Got “water” last night. Today, we’ll boil it.
Let’s flush these bums right out of the toilet.

With JT limping, 1B is exactly one Casas injury away from being a huge problem, huh?

I wish Merloni and McDonough were able to take over full time for Flemming. He's abysmal. His verbosity is is the verbal equivalent of stomach flu diarrhea.
And he comes across as so pretentious. Plus he has a calm yet negative/pessimistic tone that is grating

when he talks about baseball in pregame settings, I don’t mind him as much bc he’s smart and makes valid points, but he’s brutal as an announcer

Raffy can be a good fielder when he stops making idiotic mistakes, it's infuriating.
