Don't like the Tribe's chances this series.

Their lineup isn't as good, and I just can't see a two-man bullpen working over a seven-game series.

If they are to win, this kind of game almost feels like a must-win for them.

No shame in having gotten shut down by Kluber. Nasty pitcher. Doesn't look fun for the batters up there.

Worth nothing that Melvin Upton hits Andrew Miller really well, 3 HRs and a 1.583 OPS in 12 career ABs, including a HR in 2 ABs this year. When Miller comes in, Upton is soon to follow in this series.

Yeah, any game they burn Miller and lose is a tremendous blow. Tonight feels like an absolute must win game given what they've got out of Kluber.

One timely hit in Game 1 and/or 3 of the ALDS and they would've been in real trouble against the Sox too

I find it hard to get very excited either way. I'm pulling for Tito and the Indians I suppose but if it ain't the Sox or a team playing the MFY's, I'm relatively apathetic.

22 years old. Lindor, or X?
Age 22 seasons:

Lindor: 158 G, 684 PA, 182 H, 30 2B, 3 3B, 15 HR, 78 RBI, 19 SB, .301/.358/.435/.794
X: 156 G, 654 PA, 196 H, 35 2B, 3 3B, 7 HR, 81 RBI, 10 SB, .320/.355/.421/.776

Pretty damn even.

Lindor is pretty streaky. Last three plus weeks of the season he went 6 for 56 and slashed 183/282/207. Just about streaking up at the right time.

But one thing about him, he never slumps too badly because he has such an amazing eye and knows how to take ball four.

And that dude knows how to get the man in from third.

Edit: Actually his BA was 103, not 183

Sorry, I can't get behind a team that beat the Red Sox, not to mention they were whooping it up all series long in their dugout, dial it down a couple of notches.

And yeah, Tito; I fucking get it, he's playing chess and everyone else is playing checkers, he's a genius, he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, he walks on water.

And he was down 3-0 to the Yankees in 2004 and 3-1 to the Indians in 2007 and he was the manager in September of 2011 too.

Thanks for the two WS titles; he's gone and he's not coming back, so as another genius coach says who thank God is still here, it is what it is.

I'll always have an irrational love for BJ for his streak in the 2008 postseason. Gosh those were happier times

Seems like an unconventional usage of Miller, having him come in in the 7th with nobody on base. But the Indians have had him pitch in the 7th multiple times this year, a couple times with no one on.

Win probability went from 85.9% when Kluber left with 1 out to 89.4% after Miller got out of the inning, according to fangraphs.
