Rube Bressler could hit a bit and moved to the outfield when the pitching didn't work out. He played another 17 seasons after that. But in his 56 ERA+ year of 1915 he put up an OPS+ of 56. I wonder if Shohei could match like that, but on the positive side of 100. He's currently at 142 and 136, so he has a real chance.
