Let’s not forget the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty by Texas after the TD in OT for spinning the ball.

Such a bullshit penalty. He spun it halfway - he didn’t do anything that taunted anyone.Let’s not forget the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty by Texas after the TD in OT for spinning the ball.
I think he was waiting for the celebration flag, and will continue to do so in anxiety dreams until the day of his blessed release from this cursed life. Why did the KU coach look pissed after they won the game?

Big win for you guys. Jefferson was like Mahomes on steroids getting away from those should-be sacks. LSU made several mistakes on both sides and Arkansas made fewer.Hogs win 16-13 in OT in Baton Rouge. Ugly game, but we'll take it.

If Rutgers could get NJ high school talent to stay home they would be a perennial top 10 team.Texas being bad continues to be the most baffling thing in college sports. Throw a rock and hit a hundred five stars from that campus. USC a close second.
The difference of course is people in Texas actually care about UT. And I think it is still pretty easily the most popular team in the state. Rutgers can't make that claimIf Rutgers could get NJ high school talent to stay home they would be a perennial top 10 team.
7 on 7 is the worst thing to happen to football since the 3-4 defensive front.Another huge problem for Texas is that Texas high school football doesn’t turn out the kind of brutish, strength-focused talent on the lines that you find in the SEC. Texas high school football is focused on quickness and high-scoring offenses, primarily through the air. That style of play pretty consistently produces line players who have quickness but are relatively weak in the trenches. Combine that with the fact that Texas high school coaches more or less dictate how recruiting is run and funnel their players to the programs they want and you get really bad line play at Texas, which recruits about 90% of its roster in-state.
Texas will be mediocre to bad for a long time. Very disheartening.
