My daughter goes there too. Quite a week with the victory over UVA in hoop on Wednesday.Yeah---my daughter goes there. She was at the game last week, but couldn't make it last night. She heard the cannon fire a few times though.
Yeah, my daughter was at that game. What year is yours? Mine is a freshman. My daughter goes there too. Quite a week with the victory over UVA in hoop on Wednesday.
I'll add to that critical mass as another JMU alum ('04). Never thought I'd say this about an FCS game, but with Ethan Ratke channeling his inner Justin Tucker (29/32 on the year including 8/9 from 40+) hopefully it comes down to a last second FG attempt for the Dukes. So with @Humphrey, @DJnVa, and @ibrewbeer with kids who either attend or graduated from JMU here and yours truly as an alum, we actually have a critical mass for Friday night's rooting interests which will in all likelihood determine who wins in Frisco. Looks like @attydave is with us as well. This Friday at 9:15 in Fargo, the Dukes take on the vaunted NDSU Bison. NDSU has lost exactly one playoff game at the Fargodome...to JMU in 2016, but NDSU has won the previous two meetings, including the 2019 championship. They won't be easy to defeat--we got away with some sloppiness against Montana that we won't get away with against NDSU. Avoid stupid penalties, maintain ball security, and this game is winnable but it will be a slugfest.
Of all the players on the team, I have to believe Ratke has the best shot at an NFL roster.I'll add to that critical mass as another JMU alum ('04).
