Free Windows 10 Upgrade

So a lot of us Windows 7 and 8 users will be getting an icon popping up soon saying we qualify for a free upgrade to windows 10. Is this worth it? I know a lot of windows 8 users who hate windows 8, but I'm on windows 7 and have no issues currently. I'm working on a 4 year old Toshiba satellite and everything runs well now.
