Agree with you. I am in the trade up for one trade down the other in terms of what happens. I think WAS is another target for a trade. I think if they go DT or RB that guy would either be available or they would be ok with the options at 23. That's just a guess though.2 Pats trades tonight. They will move up from 23 with one of the Ravens, Titans, Seahawks, or Lions. Then they will trade back from 31 into the late 30s and pick up a 3rd round pick for their trouble.
Thanks Gronk. Glad you are officially back with the team. Body shots?
This has BB written all over it.2 Pats trades tonight. They will move up from 23 with one of the Ravens, Titans, Seahawks, or Lions. Then they will trade back from 31 into the late 30s and pick up a 3rd round pick for their trouble.
Which means it won't happen, but I'd like to think we've learned a thing or two over the last 18 draftsThis has BB written all over it.
Right of course. I am thinking maybe 23 + 95 for 18, then 31 for say 40 + 71 to Denver. As an example. The idea of trading up, then trading down depends totally on what you have to give up to do the first trade ... right? "picking up a third for their trouble" is fine in a vacuum, but it could be a net-loss in terms of picks
And then you can even slide down a little from 40 or 43 and pick up a fourth.Right of course. I am thinking maybe 23 + 95 for 18, then 31 for say 40 + 71 to Denver. As an example.
See we could run this thingAnd then you can even slide down a little from 40 or 43 and pick up a fourth.
The first deal sounds about right, but I think the 2nd is an overpay by DEN (according to the trade chart). But they could do something like 31 for 40 and 99 or 40, 106, 149 (which would get them back into rounds 4/5).Right of course. I am thinking maybe 23 + 95 for 18, then 31 for say 40 + 71 to Denver. Right I was just spitballing. I expect them to move around a bunch is the pointThe first deal sounds about right, but I think the 2nd is an overpay by DEN (according to the trade chart). But they could do something like 31 for 40 and 99 or 40, 106, 149 (which would get them back into rounds 4/5).
There are a lot of different options to mix and match with Denver though. If the Pats want to move back, they should be able to match up.
Yes. No zero but several votes for 4 or more. That would be one interesting first roundIt says "tonight" in the title.
I also enjoy that "zero" wasn't an option.
