Depending where you’re staying and how much stuff with you, I think you can take bus from McCarran/Reed. 108 perhaps? Thanks for the tip man. Surge pricing might be rough but I'll take the hit.

Or worse, write a song about SoSH.wouldn't want her to sue SoSH......)
So, inflation is under control!
That seems like it would normally be a bad thing for a team. But to me - it just means dickhead Mahomes will scramble more, which means more personal fouls against him and more tip toeing along the sidelines with defenders too scared to touch him.
Tiesto is out due to a family situation, Kaskade is in.What’s really important is that the NFL finally got an in-game DJ for its boring game ( about 13 minutes of action in 3 hours and usually dominated by the best QB ).
Furthermore, it’s Tiesto! I hope they feature him during the 30-second long breaks in between 5-8 second plays.
Clearly they’re saving the best for the least interesting parts — namely the vast majority of the game.

Does he have input into the playlist? Will there be any changes in the music from Tiesto to Kaskade? Or will the entertainment just be somewhat less shod?(ONCE AGAIN I CAN ACTUALLY CHIME IN WITH EXPERT OPINION ON SOMETHING FOR.... TWICE.)
Kaskade is a pretty fantastic DJ and producer. He's also Mormon! And he DJs barefoot regularly if the conditions allow for it!
Anyway, he's one of the twenty most successful DJs in the world and he's a Vegas staple at this point. Personally I prefer Kaskade to Tiesto, but that's no slight on Tiesto.
But yeah, he won't actually be DJing.
Was this something people could bet on? Because I can’t imagine that she wouldn’t make it. Like, for Seift + NFl? Even if they had to shake the dust of the Concorde or pull the SR-71 out of mothballs or something. The space shuttle? NBD. There’s spectacle to be had.Don't tell the Swifties, but it appears that her flight is up on flightradar24 right now.
(nope, not posting a link, wouldn't want her to sue SoSH......)
EDIT kind of surprised that she didn't have her info removed/redacted. From what I've read, it's not that hard to do.
It was never in doubt, and it appears she has a tailwind so she'll make it in with even more time to spare. Was this something people could bet on? Because I can’t imagine that she wouldn’t make it. I heard they rebranded it TaylorWind® .It was never in doubt, and it appears she has a tailwind so she'll make it in with even more time to spare.
EDIT: she's making great time:

I can only name one - Marty Moore.I heard a fun SB trivia question today: tomorrow, Brock Purdy will become the third Mr Irrelevant to play in a Super Bowl, who were the other two?
And for the conspiracy theorists out there, the aircraft is registered to:I heard they rebranded it TaylorWind® .
I cheated because I couldn't think of his name, so I saw the other guy's name, too.I can only name one - Marty Moore.
Spongey and in poor condition... just like the carpet in my room the last time I stayed in that city.Lots of chatter about the practice facilities.
As the "home team" (it alternates) the Chiefs practice at the Raiders facilities, which have indoor/outdoor fields. Meanwhile the 49ers are at UNLV's facilities, which were recently resodded with natural grass and are too soft apparently.
Plus it's raining hard so overall huge advatnage Chiefs.

This is just one of many mptices I got on Xitter
It almost certainly won’t play out that way. Kelce is 34 and almost done. They already don’t have a ton of talent on offense. This team wasn’t that impressive this year until they went on a late run. That’s always a possibility with Mahomes but they will have their share of close call losses like the Pats did. It’s just so hard to win year in and year out. Shoot, they might not even win tomorrow.the scarey thing IF kc Wins Mahomes will have 3 with reid likely to coach 5-7 more years KC might make the pats a quick footnote is history
the pats from 01-18 won 6
the chiefs from 18- present if they have 7 more shots mahomes may tie brady 6 in ne 6 in kc
we might have 7 more years of deep KC playoff runs
Hopefully it’ll be more like Dallas stopping at three Super Bowl victories even though they still had Aikman, Emmett Smith and Michael Irvin for a few years. Jimmy Johnson was gone, however, and Jerry Jones had brought in Barry Switzer. No comparison, Switzer to Reid. Kyle and the 49ers need this one like Steve Young and the 49ers needed to win in 94-95. That team had to get over the Cowboys, finally, which they did.the scarey thing IF kc Wins Mahomes will have 3 with reid likely to coach 5-7 more years KC might make the pats a quick footnote is history

This is sort of correct, the stat going around is no player to finish his collegiate career at Alabama has done so. While true, this is really semantical because Jalen Hurts exists, who had three against KC last year. You can't even say the word graduated and have it still be true because Hurts got a bachelor's at Alabama in communication and information sciences before his transfer to Oklahoma. The all-time leader here if you were curious is the Miami Hurricanes, at 84 such players.I have the over. I was there in December - and no Super Bowl then of course - and the ride share area probably had a 50 minute wait.
Random trivia - Some NFL reporter (sorry didn't get their name) mentioned that no Alabama player has scored in Superbowl. If correct, that's crazy to me, especially given their dominance over the past two decades.
The other one not named should be...I heard a fun SB trivia question today: tomorrow, Brock Purdy will become the third Mr Irrelevant to play in a Super Bowl, who were the other two?
I’ve been so caught up in things out here that I did t even see this post until now. But thanks for these awesome tips Laddie! We’ve been debating where to grab dinner after the game and this is a great list to work off.Bad news, it's always surge pricing Vegas, especially on a weekend.
Hey, want a food tip?
One of the best places in Vegas to eat is off-strip -- it's called Izakaya Go, and when I go to Vegas, it's literally the first stop -- even before the hotel or casino. My business partner lives in LV and it's *always* the place to go first. Huge menu, sushi, ramen, etc. They have a late-night happy hour where shit gets real cheap, and the food is spectacular. I've been there... I dunno, 30 times, and I've never had an average meal. It's always extremely good. And because it's off-strip, the wait is less.
Other spots to consider: Other Mama (WAY off strip), Krung Thai, Honey Salt, Herbs & Rye, Lotus of Siam. Honestly so many places in the China/Asiantown area are awesome and just drop in. But Krung Thai, Other Mama, and Izakaya Go are my favorites.
On-strip: Best Friend or Noodles (Park MGM), Carbone (ARIA, though it's probably impossible to get in), anywhere at Wynn/Encore, and if you feel like going a LITTLE offstrip to Durango... just have fun. The whole place is lined with great food, though it's a locals casino.
YesDid the Super Bowl always start so late or am I just turning into a crotchety old guy? Of course, I used to get out of bed a lot later...
Depends on how far back you go. It didn’t always start this late.Did the Super Bowl always start so late or am I just turning into a crotchety old guy? Of course, I used to get out of bed a lot later...
It's been between 6:10pm and 6:40pm since the 1991 season.Did the Super Bowl always start so late or am I just turning into a crotchety old guy? Of course, I used to get out of bed a lot later...
Thinking back now, I recall the Super Bowls of the early aughts as being light out, but I was also throwing game parties for several of those (complete with stadium seating for a couple!) and had a lot going on. But, on reflection, I remember the game that shall not be named as occurring when it was dark out—like, straight up night time. I also had been recently dumped and was running a slight fever. It's been between 6:10pm and 6:40pm since the 1991 season.
So yes. And now I'm concerned.
Before the 91 season, it was closer to 4:40-5:30pm.Thinking back now, I recall the Super Bowls of the early aughts as being light out, but I was also throwing game parties for several of those (complete with stadium seating for a couple!) and had a lot going on. I think I just learned something about myself.
Unless you were there. Thanks a lot. But, on reflection, I remember the game that shall not be named as occurring when it was dark out—like, straight up night time.
Who the hell gets President’s day off, huh Newman? The Super Bowl should be on the Saturday of Presidents Day weekend. The game on Saturday night and then two days off to recover and relax.
The Super Bowl will never, ever, ever be on a Saturday, which is the least watched TV day.The Super Bowl should be on the Saturday of Presidents Day weekend. The game on Saturday night and then two days off to recover and relax.
I’ve posted this before but a few years ago when the NFL was on the verge of moving to 18 games the Daytona 500 for the first time moved away from the Sunday of Presidents Day weekend. I am sure it was due to secret negotiations between NASCAR and the NFL because those two events can’t happen on the same day obviously. Then the NFLPA nixed the 18 game season and the 500 moved back to its long time place on the calendar. If the NFL finally does go to 18 games the 500 will have to move again. The Super Bowl will never, ever, ever be on a Saturday, which is the least watched TV day.
It would be nice if it was before Presidents Day, tho. I think the NFL will get to 18 games and then it would end the season the day before President's day. A double national holiday there.
I actually think he’s the type of back that it’s harder for the niners to stop than Pacheco. He’s more direct to the edges with speed. It worries me.McKinnon, RB, is now expected to play for the Chiefs. Does that move any needles?
Brittany didn’t look too happy.
