Mookie has been one of their very best player. He is not even close to a problem.
Yup, sending him down would be silly. Mookie has been fine (one of our better players actually), and even a cursory look deeper at the stats shows he has been quite unlucky this year. BABIP will normalize, especially considering he is hitting the ball hard. To just pick out one more stat, 31 Ks and 21 BBs for a young guy does not scream "overmatched". Right in line with his 2014 when he had 33Ks and 20 BBs.
I would be on board with somehow figuring out a way for JBJ to get into the mix at the major league level, especially with the way the season looks to be heading. He should only come up if he is getting semi-regular playing time though. I think that's doable if they want to limit Hanley's time in the OF, limit Ortiz against LHP, and give Holt more corner IF time, all of which seem reasonable to me.
