If so, whatever, I still think he should be on the hook to pay the entire thing back to Oakland and he should owe them that money. Once he's drafted and gets his signing bonus for the NFL, pay the remainder back. Shouldn't get to keep that essentially 7 month salary, which is way more than most people make in a year.
