Yeah, I think the biceps injury hindered him more than he let on and that messed up his season pretty bad like iayork alluded to. He has a bulldog mentality on the mound and likes to show off how tough he is. His first start of the year was in New York at the Mets and the wind chill was in the mid-30s, but he came out with short sleeves and pitched through it, striking out 9 over 6 scoreless innings. Hailing from California and pitching with the Astros organization, it was the coldest weather he had ever pitched in but it seemed like he didn't want to let it show.
Hopefully the Sox play the Phillies next year as this kid is fun to watch.
