Graphics were pretty close to that...
That was NASCAR. This is NASAR.Damn. I peaked too soon. I was the top rated NASCAR online series driver back in the mid-90s.
Early gamer days. I played in an online Golden Tee Golf league in mid-late 90s with 200 people and got up to around #20. That university Ethernet allowed for some great time-wasting.Damn. I peaked too soon. I was the top rated NASCAR online series driver back in the mid-90s.
This is at least the second time I've misspelled the title incorrectly....probably not the last....ughThat was NASCAR. This is NASAR.
I would agree. Sometimes I think NASCAR forgets that a crash followed by a good old fist fight is what put it in the national spotlight. To Busch's credit, he owned it after the race and said he messed up. To NASCAR fans, they see a Joe Gibbs Racing teammate knocking out a hard-charging competitor which allowed fellow JGR racer Denny Hamlin to win the race. Busch has always been kind of the racing bad boy so he isn't doing himself any favors.
The odd thing is that it is good for NASCAR. The series needs more star drivers and Elliott is the best prospect, so him getting into it with one of the more popular, established drivers, is only going to help him.
This guy kills it:This seems like big news
Should probably cross post in V&N as well. Not sure where.
