Not on twitter, what's Plaxico saying? Whatever it is, he's probably right. Spartans got completely, insanely porked tonight. There was no contact between the defender and the Nebraska receiver. The Michigan State defensive back turned his head around and was running step for step with the receiver, while looking back at the quarterback the entire way. He never made contact, never made pushed the receiver out of bounds. The receiver literally just ran out of bounds and ran back in, and the refs completely screwed the pooch. The ref even watched him go out of bounds when he threw his hat, but I have no idea what he was looking at to determine he was pushed out. Plaxico and every other MSU fan should be fucking livid. As an NCAA fan with no rooting interest, I'm just pissed that it cost us a chance to watch MSU/OSU as a battle of unbeatens. That's the type of shit you look forward to if you are a fan of this sport and the refs took it away.
Meanwhile, I've been singing Derrick Henry's praises for two years, and he was my preseason runner-up for the Heisman, behind not Fournette, but Ezekial Elliott. People keep talking about Henry and Fournette, but it was Elliott who went off and put the OSU on his back in the Big Ten Championship and the two playoff games last year (he had something like 800 yards and 8 td's in those three games IIRC). All he's done this year is run for 100 yards in every single game, and score a TD in all but one. He's at like 1,500 yards from scrimmage and about 15 td's for an undefeated team. The quarterbacks get all the hype there, but he is their MVP and he and Henry should be 1/2 for the Heisman, IMO.
