Depends how he's being rated, I guess. Nobody thinks he's Bill Belichick (and he's not Andy Reid either), but after those guys there's no one else clearly better than him. There's maybe a half dozen guys vying for 3rd best, and he's right in the mix. It'll be interesting to see how he does with a new QB next year, but if I had to pick one active head coach to be 1st all time in wins 40 years from now, he's the guy. He's 3rd among active HCs in wins and 20th all-time, and he's still just 49. Among the 20 HCs with the most wins, he's 5th in winning percentage (Halas, Shula, Belichick, Brown). Unless someone is arguing he's the 1st or 2nd best HC right now, I don't see how he's overrated.
