There is. If forward progress is stopped and you go out of bounds, it's not out of bounds.I'm not sure I understand. I thought going out of bounds stopped the clocked? There's a directional modifier?
The player gets forward progress and the ball is dead at that EXACT spot on the field, not that yard line. So if a player is driven backwards the ball is placed at the most forward point, wherever that place is.Running the clock for a player going backward out of bounds when it’s due to a hit does not really make sense to me.
NFL players don't do much to dispel the "Dumb Jock" stereotype. All sorts of stupid at the end of this game.
Wasn't sure that would land given that its maybe only you, me and E5 who loved it when Klink got outsmarted.Much respect
Yeah imo the spirit of the rule is to prevent unnatural plays to stop the clock but getting walloped back when you are very much running forward at the moment is not in that spirit.Don’t really care. It’s an awful rule.
Straight into the veins!Lol.
He didn't even get a lateral off.
That last drive was pure, uncut Dallas football. Pharmaceutical grade.
