Only one guy on that list is a true #1 wide out, and he was here for what, 2 years? And during that time, Brady annhilated the record books. I'm obviously talking about the non-Moss years. The rest of those guys are who they are because of Brady and the offense he runs, and would be nothing more than Cole Beasley anywhere else. Cole Beasley is not a "weapon." But he'd catch 95 balls in New England.
Devonta Adams and Randall Cobb aren't weapons either. But they catch a lot of balls in Green Bay. You're making a ridiculous argument, stipulating Welker and Edelman weren't stud receivers. Plus Gronk and Hernandez, while he was playing.

Which guys does Rodgers have who were stars without him? Giving Brady credit for every breakout receiver and no blame for the early round and big name busts, then negating Rodgers for making his early round picks good is dumb.
Jordy Nelson is a perennial top 10 DVOA WR, and Cobb and Jones have joined him some years. Other than Moss, I don't think a Patriots WR has ever cracked the top 10 with Brady.

This is all on McCarthy. He decided he was happy with making Dallas use all three time outs and then kicking a 50 yarder. Awful.

That isn't even close to how this conversation started, that's where you guys took it. Right now, without Adams and Nelson, Rodgers has a group of receivers that resemble the receiving corps the Patriots have trotted out for the majority of Brady's career. That's it.

I mean, why go for a Touchdown when you have one of the best QB's in the league?

Green Bay totally effed this up. Crosby does have a leg but 56 yards is ridiculous. Someone called this missed FGA. And he's going to miss.

I mean.... That's because they have a great QB and throw a shit ton? It's a circular argument to discount a guy's performance because of his performance.
