That view is across the bay, isn't it? Is it kind of a shimmering look or is that just what it looks like on TV?

I am so close but yet so far. I can see down to the box seats from my place over the left field fence, but cannot see down to field level. I'm 9 miles away and 1250 feet above sea level...

Edit- yeah, if the air isn't steady, looking through 9 miles of air doesn't give you a good image. When I moved here, I tried. Figured with my telescope and KNBR, it'd be like bleacher seats!

There are all sorts of combinations. My husband LOVES the Patriots and also roots for the NY Yankees. He is indifferent to the outcome of these games. Also, my Mets fan in-laws rooted hard for the Sox against the Yankees in 2004.

That's what I remember from him. His fastball is hard to get on top of so you see alot of popups.
