Seriously, what happened to Campbell this homestand? Absolute trash from him when the team needed to win with pitching.

Stepped away for a bit and walk back into Campbell imploding. Our bullpen is pathetic.

Looking more and more like that west coast swing was just the result of playing maybe the two worst teams in the AL, because this doesn’t look like a playoff contender at all.

Miami (oh, Miami!)
Positive take-aways:

Of the 6 pitchers the Sox used, 5 were very good.

Our latest 2B candidate had a flawless debut.

Rosebud didn't get a hit here, so we won't have to see it every on every broadcast every time the Birds come to town.

Duran continues to rake.

Abreu may be coming out of his early slump.

Definitely ass-flavored ball tonight. It's a long season, though. There are bound to be some fun stretches.

Shocked to see another pathetic, weak groundball by Masa. What a horrible contract.

They sure have missed on their recent long term FA contracts

This team will be out on contention way earlier than any of us wanted. Gonna be a long, depressing summer

The inexplicable — and unexplained — way in which this team was built is maddening. And delivering exactly the results you’d expect.

Since the eclipse: Celtics lose badly twice, the Bruins stomped 4-1 at home, and this excruciating 3-game sweep of the Sox by the Orioles.

I wouldn't touch the Bogarts deal with a ten-foot pole, but betting the house on the fragile mediocre honkey they got to fill his shoes doesn't look good right now.

Game thread overreaction: fire everyone in the FO but Breslow / who he brought in. We need a fresh start.

This bullpen is a reflection of the refusal to actually add starting pitchers. Even before Giolito went down, we needed more arms. Instead we convert maybe our only 2 reliable relief arms outside of Jansen into starters (again) and damn look: the bullpen sucks now.
