My son asked the same question. How bad must Flacco look for the Jets not to at least give him a try? Maybe they think seeing if Wilson shows any signs of competence is worth more than sliding into a road playoff game where they get annihilated.

Flacco has looked really really bad too when he’s played this year. Zero mobility. The Jets needed the defense to step up, but that’s not happening. You never know whats going to happen, but these look like the same old Jets.

Yup. Lawrence with this team would have been a problem. They have some really nice pieces but the QB situation ruins everything. Likely going to have both the Offense and Defensive ROY.
