Fitzpatrick looked awful tonight, should have been picked off at least three times.nothumb said:absolutely. 2nd wild card ought to be in the east with everybody playing the AFC south. if one of them can steal a win from NE and/or go 3-1 against the other two, i like their chances. and i think NYJ probably have the best chance on that, with their schedule + BUF already dropping their home game against NE.
Screw both of them. My kids have had to put up with the douchey Giants and Jets fans in their schools making comments since January. The kid can blame his favorite team's drug addled owner and slimy front office for his misery.ipol said:

I just say to myself that we lost our first two games on purpose because we hate New England so much. Every team outside of New England's division, we'll beat by 50+ points with our dream team offense.

Was going 0-2 part of your plan
Of course

The Jets can get away with leaving 24 points on the field against baby-shit-and-kitten-tears teams like the Colts. They have a soft schedule and should be competitive all year. But make no mistake, the Jets can "do this" (meaning what they did tonight) and still lose 6 to 9 games, because they will not get away with having a horrific offense all year and they will not get 5 TOs every week. In the offense-heavy NFL of today you can't afford to waste your opportunities, because even great defenses get tired and get penalized and good offenses will move the ball on them and come back. Scoring 20 against this fucking red rover defense - even on the road - should be an embarrassment.luckiestman said:People are being way too hard on the colts. Is it just me or is that real life Bobby Hill with Dale Gribble? Where's Hank Hill?pappymojo said:Top left appears to be shedding sweet sweet tears.

Maybe the Cowboys were a step ahead of the Eagles’ offense Sunday because the Cowboys knew what was coming.
Speaking to reporters Tuesday in Philadelphia, Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff said there were times when he lined up near the Cowboys’ sideline and could hear Cowboys players calling out what play was coming.
That’s not good.
In light of the Cowboys’ domination in that game, Eagles coach Chip Kelly promised everything would be evaluated before the Eagles play again Sunday at the Jets. Now, that probably will include how the Eagles signal in their plays and self-evaluate their offensive tendencies.
For Kelly and all involved with the Eagles, it’s not going to be a very fun week.
Jesus, the comments by Pats fans on that article are cringeworthy. Yeah, they got fucked with deflategate, but can we stop taking every single controversy that doesn't become a national story as proof that everyone is out to get us?soxhop411 said:

Lifetime ban for that kind of nonsense.ipol said:If I go into Omar is Dead and post in some cooking show thread or other and end up with "GO PATS!" will I get some warning points?
Probably, but there's nothing people can do to change that anymore. Living in a state of perpetual whiny paranoia, bringing up the Patriots in every article that refers to another team that might have done something that skirts the rules doesn't seem like an attractive option to me.loshjott said:
It's also interesting that the short article makes no mention of the possibility of the Cowboys cheating.
Honestly, if the article read, "Speaking to reporters Tuesday in Buffalo, Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins said there were times when he lined up near the Patriots’ sideline and could hear Patriots players calling out what play was coming." do you think cheating would have been mentioned?
It was a pretty amazing "dog day" I think (including the Pats at +1) 10 U-dogs outright won.tims4wins said:On Sunday Oakland Jacksonville Tampa Washington and Cleveland won on the same day for the first time since...EVER
