Even when Brady was still with the team, when was the last time you watched a Pats game and thought damn BB really put one over on them?

Granted I was sick of his shit long before Brady left, but I don't think he's been an elite coach for years. Whether it be his roster building or game management, dude is just living off his reputation.
I'm an old, but I do remember 2019.

Man people really hate the best coach of all time.

Maybe if Mac had panned out everyone looks better but scanning the drafts since 2019, just way way too many whiffs. Underwhelming team building by BB unfortunately. Which ownership would ordinarily scrutinize and resource. I just don’t think that’s a demotion BB will take. So it’s either more of this and hope for more like the 2023 draft or this may be it for BB

I'm fine with pulling Mac, just hope people don't act all "the media is making stuff up" when QB CONTROVERSY hovers all over this team this week.
Because there isn't one. Removing a QB who looks like shit in a blowout for another QB who sucks isn't a controversy. It's trying to save what's left of Mac's shit confidence. He's still starting next week.

The drafts since 2020 have been good, what are you talking about?

He should have shit confidence.

He sucks and shouldn’t be starting for the New England fucking Patriots.

Exactly. Bill the coach still has a game against the Saints that he needs to win.

The Pats have had a better pash rush today. It’s amazing how bad Mac has been sneaking the ball, throwing the ball, and running with the ball.

I just hope if Zappe comes in and sucks (which is likely) this doesn’t breathe life into the Mac defenders.

Mac doesn’t need to be good relative to Bailey Zappe. He needs to be good relative to the QB’s regularly winning NFL games against quality opponents.

Dak sneakily having a shitty game when he's been pressured. Taking some just amazingly terrible sacks. But he's playing up 30 so it doesn't matter

Cole Strange is looking like a whiff and so is Thornton. 2022 draft kind of sucks
Marcus and Jack Jones were good picks. Just hurt today, but both will be back at some point. But I agree that it's not good when the 1st and 2nd rounders don't pan out.

Patriots are 4-18 in games started by Mac where the opponent scores 17 points or more. That pretty much says it all.
