You know what? This is on Bill. Mac is bad, but Bill has had four years since Brady. If this team is as bad as it looks, there’s no one else to blame.

This is how the NFL works. You draft a QB and need to give him 3 years at least usually to see if he works out. Bill could have done a better job adding talent around Mac for sure, but Mac just isn't a good enough QB to make any coach look very good regardless.
